The purpose of an inspection is to reveal major deficiencies in the condition of the property and to assess the quality, status and approximate age of major systems. A typical inspection includes:

Roofs, gutters and down spouts
Attics, insulation, ventilation
Doors and windows
Ceilings, walls, and floors
Electric and plumbing systems
Heating and cooling systems
Foundation and structure
Kitchen and appliances
Basements and crawl spaces
Garages and driveways
Balconies, patios, decks and walkways
Stairs and railings
Chimneys and fireplaces
Hot water heaters
Exterior, grading and drainage
Sump pumps

Building analysis is based on visual observation of apparant conditions of readily accessible areas at the time of the inspection only. While our report is not a specific guarantee or warranty, it can be considered a reliable evaluation utilizing specialized tools, experience, and knowledge.

You are urged to accompany the inspector during his examination of the building. The information you gain will be of great value to you. The written inspection reportis a summery of that information.

Fees:

$295 for homes up to $300,000 selling price.
$1.00 per thousand for homes over $300,000 selling price.
Hourly rates available upon request for consultation, partial inspections, or commercial inspections.
Radon test priced separately.
Termite inspection priced separately.
Mold inspection priced separately.
